By the age of 31, Charlie Kirk had already accomplished a lot: he had built a family, he had built an organization, he had engaged with thousands of people, and he seems to have made hundreds of friends.
We'll never know what else he could have done because a murderer took his life a year ago. A memorial service was held for him and 90k-100k people filled a stadium, evidence of his huge influence.
President of Hillsdale College, Larry Arnn, spoke at the memorial and claimed him as a friend. Skeptical of Charlie's reputation at their first meeting 12 years earlier, Dr. Arnn grew to admire him.
